Are you a lover of the great outdoors and looking for a luxury residence in the Perche region at affordable rates? This is the project for you!

In 2022, a completely new concept was introduced at our campsite! A new part of our park has been developed to create large plots of at least 400 m² and up to 600 m².

You can install top-of-the-range mobile homes. Design your own custom mobile home! One, two, three or four bedrooms?

An office, private bathrooms? It’s all possible! Mobile homes for sale near Paris, from 50 to 200 m². We’ll guide you through your project, from choosing your plot to designing your mobile home.

Mobile home plot rental near Paris

We can offer you 140 to 300 m² plots of land to set up your mobile home (NOT FOR HABITATION):
Cheaper than a country house and with all the advantages and conviviality of a campsite, take advantage of a plot of land two hours from Paris and the surrounding region, in the Perche valleys of Lower Normandy.

It’s time to treat yourself and enjoy every weekend and vacation in a pleasant, friendly place. Choose your plot: we’ll install your mobile home for you, subject to availability.

Don’t have a mobile home? Don’t worry: we can offer you new or used models! We also have second-hand mobile homes for sale in Normandy.

Then all you have to do is relax and enjoy the facilities and entertainment offered by the campsite and its team. Fishing pond, wifi, swimming pool, pedal boats, multisport field, pétanque court, cinema room, fitness room, animal park, launderette, disco, children’s playground. There’s plenty to keep you busy, or just stroll around your garden.

PRICE 2024 (-50€ if paid 1 time):

  • Pitch M: €265 / month OR €3,180 / year
  • Pitch L: €315/month OR €3,780/year
  • XL pitch: €365/month OR €4,380/year

* ANNUAL CHARGES IN ADDITION TO RENT :
– Tourist tax 40 € per year
– Water and electricity consumption on individual meter
– Individual meter rental per year 30 €.

** Subletting and habitation are not permitted.
Pets allowed, kept on a leash (vaccination certificate up to date each year).
